Sourcing support is delivered through a structured process designed to ensure clarity, proper coordination, and smooth execution. Each step is planned to align purchasing, documentation, transport, and delivery into one controlled flow.
Requirements
Clients share vehicle details and preferences, including model, condition, location, and intended destination. This allows the sourcing and logistics process to be planned accurately from the outset.
Vehicle search or pre-selected car
Vehicles can be sourced through verified international sellers, or logistics can begin from a client’s pre-selected vehicle. In both cases, the next steps are coordinated to ensure a smooth transition into transport planning.
Service agreement
Before proceeding, a clear service agreement is established outlining scope, responsibilities, and process. This ensures transparency and alignment before any movement begins.
Independent inspection
Where required, independent inspections are arranged through certified third-party partners such as DEKRA, TÜV, or equivalent approved agencies in selected regions. Inspection reports provide an objective assessment prior to shipment.
Purchase coordination
All payments are made directly between buyer and seller. We assist with coordination, documentation, and communication to ensure the vehicle can be released and prepared for collection without delays.
Transport
Once the purchase process is aligned, transport is arranged by air, sea, or road, depending on the vehicle, route, and timeline. Each movement is planned individually to ensure proper handling and continuity.
Customs clearance
Customs clearance is coordinated through licensed professionals in each region. Documentation and regulatory requirements are prepared in advance to ensure compliance and avoid unnecessary delays.
Delivery
Following clearance, vehicles can be collected from port or airport facilities or delivered door-to-door. Additional compliance or registration support can be arranged where required.
VAT consultation
For eligible exports, VAT consultation and guidance can be provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
